We want you to be happy with your DormDeck order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in their original condition.

Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
